Suggested use
If you are new to flower essences then you may wish to try taking three drops straight from the pipette into the mouth, or three drops in a glass of spring water, two or three times daily.
The essences may also be taken as needed, in any drink warm or cool, at any time of the day or night. They are especially soothing before bedtime.
