Beautiful Balms Terms & Conditions

Purchase Conditions

To purchase from Beautiful Balms Ltd customers must be over 18 years of age and resident in the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland).

Payment

Beautiful Balms must receive full, cleared payment for an order before we despatch the products. Customers may pay using any major credit or debit card. All credit or debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of a card refuses to authorise payment, Beautiful Balms is not liable for any delay or non delivery.

Prices

The price payable for the goods is set out on the beautiful Balms web site at the time the customer places their order.

Please note, all prices are subject to variation without notice, and the most recent price list replaces all previous lists. If a customer has an outstanding order, the price will be the same as on the date the balms were ordered.

When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists. A contract exists when we indicate acceptance of your order and send you an invoice. Beautiful Balms has included this term to protect against a mistake in pricing where we have inadvertently under priced or over priced goods, or where we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason.

Shipping

Parcels and packages are sent by Royal Mail, First Class Post. The cost increases according to the weight of the parcel or package. There is an additional charge for handling. When you place an order the shipping cost is calculated and displayed against the order.

Delivery

Parcels and packages are sent First Class by Royal Mail. They should take between 2 to 7 working days to arrive. Please allow for unexpected delays. We are not liable for any costs incurred to customers should delivery of the goods be delayed.

Please add any special delivery instructions to your order form.

Refunds

In the unlikely event of your order being supplied incorrectly or damaged in transit, please contact us at Beautiful Balms within 3 working days of receipt & we will arrange a refund or replacement of products.

If you change your mind & decide that you do not want the products, under the Distance Selling Regulations, all UK customers have the right to return them, provided they are unopened, in their original condition, & returned within 7 days.

Returns Procedure

You will be responsible for the cost & safe carriage of returning the parcel, so please ensure the products are packed properly. Please return the products, in their original packing with their original receipt to:

Once we receive the products in saleable condition, a refund for their cost will be made to your credit/debit card.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Storage of Products
